Please note that goods types over 35kg will require a forklift at both the pickup point and the delivery point.
Alternatively, please ensure a second person is available to assist the driver load and unload your consignment.
Please keep in mind that we are not a furniture removalist service; our truck will only be manned with one person.
If you are unable to supply a second person to assist load and unload,
we may be able to supply a second person or a tailgated/craned vehicle for an additional fee.
Please note that goods types over 70kg will require a forklift at both the pickup point and the delivery point.
If you are unable to supply a forklift to assist load and unload, we may be able to supply a tailgated or craned vehicle for an additional fee.
Please send us an email via the "Contact Us" link on the home page if you need this service.
Please detail your requirements, including the consignment note or job number (if the job is already booked),
along with the date of despatch & the "from" and "to" suburbs.
If the job is not booked yet, please email your specific requirements,
along with the "from" and "to" suburbs. We will supply a quotation in due course
Please fill in all the fields marked with *
Enter the DEAD WEIGHT, the NUMBER of pieces/items, plus the dimensions of the items in centimetres in the fields above.
If your consignment contains items which are all identical, simply create one line of entry. For example:
Goods Type |
Wt (kg) |
Pcs |
W (cm) |
H (cm) |
D (cm) |
Carton |
10 |
4 |
20 |
15 |
20 |
This example shows that there are 4 items within the consignment, EACH weighing 10kg and having
dimensions of 20cm x 15cm x 20cm EACH. The total weight of the consignment is therefore 40kg.
If your consignment contains items which are NOT all identical, simply create one line of entry for
each category which is identical. Hit the Add tab to create subsequent line of entry for non-identical items. For example:

This example shows that there are 4 items within the consignment, with two of them weighing 10kg each
(i.e. 2 x 10kx = 20kg) and with dimensions of 20cm x 15cm x 20cm. The third item weighs 18kg with
dimensions of 30cm x 20cm x 40cm. The fourth item weighs 5kg with dimensions of 100cm x 10cm x 10cm.
The total weight of the consignment is therefore [(2 x 10kg) + (1 x 18kg) + (1 x 5kg)] = 43kg.
