Accessible Courier Services

You have three booking choices:

1. Express Road Freight: An Australia wide service via road express. Transit time will vary from 1-2 working days to up to a week - depending upon the distance. Estimated transit times will display each time you make a booking. In most cases, this service will be used if you have something to send intrastate or interstate, although you may also use this service if you wish to send your item across town, but on an overnight basis.

Bookings made after 3pm weekdays will be collected the next business day. Pickups in country areas may take longer.

2. Depot-to-Depot: Works the same as Express Road Freight above, however you will be required to drop off your consignment(s), plus collect them at the other end. The service is available from and to any of our 45 principal locations across Australia. Choosing this option will save you 50% on the normal door-to-door cost.

3. Depot-to-Door: Works the same as Depot-to-Depot above, however you will be required to drop off your consignment(s) for delivery to your door. The service is available from any of our 45 principal locations across Australia. Choosing this option will save you 25% on the normal door-to-door cost.

4. Door-to-Depot: Works the same as Depot-to-Depot above. Pick-ups will be from your door and delivered to any one of our 45 principal locations across Australia. From where you will be required to pick up your consignment(s). Choosing this option will save you 25% on the normal door-to-door cost.

5. Economy Road: Service designed for the transport of bulk pallets and skids at a deep discount rate, door to door. The service is not available for small items, cartons or parcels. Each pallet or skid must not exceed 1000kg in dead weight and must not exceed 120cm width, 120cm breadth and 180cm height. A forklift must be made available at both the pickup and the delivery point. Transit times will vary from 2-5 working days for short haul destinations to 5-10+ working days for long haul destinations. This service for bulk pallets can be used to and from all capital cities, plus to and from a selected range of regional centres across Australia.

6. Courier: A metropolitan door to door service via same day courier up to 850kg. The driver who collects your consignment will deliver it. Transit times will take up to approximately 3 hours for Standard service and up to approximately 2 hours for VIP service. Your driver will collect within around 45 minutes of your scheduled booking time.

You can also book a same day courier for loads exceeding 850kg and up to 22 tonnes. This size load will require a taxi truck service. If you need to book such a vehicle, simply email us the details and we will supply a written quotation.

Deliveries of pallets, skids or large, bulky items too big or heavy for one person to lift will require a forklift at either end, otherwise additional charges will apply.
