I buy a lot of stuff from eBay and most sellers don't like using courier services for larger items but if I organise the pick up, they don't usually mind. This online quoting and booking facility is the best one I've come across. Continually stunned with efficiency and low costs. Having never used a courier service before and being faced with package in Melbourne needing to get it here to Adelaide, I lucked upon your web site and got a quote instantly. It was almost too good to be true but I can safely say that less than 24 hours after having the goods dropped at your depot, they were safely here and I was called to pick it up. I just wanted to pass on my thanks to the team at e-go for the fast & efficient service that was provided to me recently. I had to find a courier fast as I was bidding on an EBay item that was PU only and I lived in a different state. I was hesitant using your service at first as I was not familiar with the name but decided to give it a go and happy that I did. Getting a quote & booking was easy and the price was great. Communication was faultless and your responses to my emails were quick which took away any doubts that I had at the time. The parcel was picked up at the specified time and it arrived safely. I'm a regular sender of all different sized and weight items. I had one item in particular which was rather large and heavy. I thought it was going to be a major headache and it was coming from one end of the country and being sent all the way across to the other side. I went through about 2 dozen courier companies and after nearly giving up from getting really expensive prices I came across E-go. They we're at least in some cases 50% cheaper than the others and the online quote and booking process is unbelievably easy!

Within a week the $2000 industrial printer from one corner of Australia arrived at its destination and E-go couriers followed all instructions to ring the contact at the pickup address and also at the delivery address prior to arriving.

Highly recommend e-go to anybody wanting to send items of any size and weight and will definitely be using them again and again.
